Coach Mo was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and moved to Gainesville, Fl, where she was raised at age one. Coach Mo received her Associate's Degree from Santa Fe College, her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida International University, and her Master's in Marketing from Florida International University.

Coach Mo is transparent and truthful regarding her delivery and messages. At seven, she learned a big word called “Rejection.” That conversation about not being adopted by her stepfather and not being wanted by her biological father took her down a path of searching for love in all the wrong places. "A long as we are breathing, we can take our power back" Coach Mo focused on turning her pain into her purpose by creating a life-changing flow of programs under her Coach Mo's leadership. What turned into mini-talks and discussions with girls in return created Girl Bee You. Coach Mo is the founder of Girl Bee You Empowerment, a program designed for girls to become their most excellent version of themselves. Girl Bee You has four focus areas Empowerment, Education, Enhance & Equip. Coach Mo believes that once you are empowered, you have worth; once you are educated, you can make wiser decisions. The combination of Empowerment & Education creates your enhancement of yourself, equipping you to be successful on your life journey. Coach Mo is a businesswoman with over nineteen years in the financial industry. She is an author with three published books, one co-authored by her daughter. She is a certified life coach, an esteemed poet, and a phenomenal speaker with a story that will help change one heart at a time.
